Brenham Trees has never been a franchise or a crew passing through after a storm. It started here and it stayed here.

Dr. Heller started the company out of a combined passion for service and arboriculture, and he is still on board today working just as hard as he ever has.

The arborist who quotes your work is the one who walks the property, and the same local crew carries it out, from a single limb over a roof to a full removal with the stump ground out.

The same four things on every job, whether it is one limb over a porch or a week of removals on acreage.
Certified, Not Guessing
Pruning is performed in compliance with International Society of Arboriculture standards, not by rule of thumb.
Insured and Accountable
Liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates available on request for HOA, commercial and municipal work.
A Real Person Answers
The phone is answered Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Hazardous limbs and storm damage move ahead of scheduled work.
The Site Is Left Clean
Brush hauled off, grindings cleared and the lawn raked out before the trucks leave the property.
Our Standards
How We Prune, And What We Refuse To Do
Producing strong structure is the point of pruning. As a tree matures the aim shifts to maintaining its structure, form, health and appearance.
Crown Thinning
The most common pruning we do. It maintains or develops a tree's structure and form, and never removes more than a quarter of the living crown at one time.
Crown Raising
Removing lower branches for clearance over walks, drives, vehicles and rooflines while keeping the living crown at two-thirds of total tree height.
Crown Reduction
Used when a tree has outgrown its space. It looks natural, buys more time before the next prune and puts far less stress on the tree than topping.
No Topping or Tipping
Both are improper practices that force weakly attached epicormic sprouts and decay. We will not do them, and we will explain why on site.
