No. We answer Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Storm calls in those hours are handled first, starting with trees on homes and blocked access.

What should I do before you arrive?

Keep everyone away from the tree and anything it is touching. If a line is down or touching the tree, call the utility first. Do not try to cut a loaded tree yourself.

Will my insurance cover the removal?

Many homeowner policies cover trees that fall on a covered structure. We send photos and a written scope so you have what your adjuster asks for.

Can you remove a tree that is on power lines?

Lines have to be cleared by the utility first. Once they have made it safe, we remove the tree and clean up.

Do you charge more for emergency work?

We price storm work by the job, based on the risk and the rigging involved. You get a price before we start.
